A Bit About Us
Our mission is to provide five-star, non-judgmental counseling services to build and empower teen girls and women in our community without labels or diagnosis.
We specialize in helping our clients find healthy alternative routes to help relieve anxiety and/or depression. We understand and meet you where you are and build from the strengths which leads to shorter number of sessions and faster results. We quickly find solutions to help our clients live happier and mentally healthier lives.
Why therapy?
Through therapy, you discover more about yourself, such as what motivates you to behave the way you do and what inner strengths you may have but might disregard or undervalue. You also discover new ways to overcome difficulties, make changes in yourself or your situation, or find new ways to handle yourself in tough situation. You may learn new coping skills, develop more patience, or learn to like yourself better. Additionally, it can feel good to be able to vent!
Struggling with your teen’s mental health is difficult. You wish with what you were taught in your lifetime can help your teen succeed but unfortunately that is not always the case. Seeing your child struggle with stress, anxiety, or depression can lead to twice the pain as if you were experiencing it yourself.
By taking the steps to help your teen heal, you are also taking the steps to a happier and healthier family. I was taught that one small change has a ripple affect to other aspects of your life. Being aware of that, I recognize the impact of the small and big efforts you and your family are taking for an improved life.
Safety is my biggest priority. I want to make sure you and your teen feel as comfortable as possible and safe to open and discuss your biggest secrets without judgment. In the past 5 years, I pride myself with the progress my clients make just by the bond we’ve built together. I am a therapist that listens to all sides of the story, allows everyone to be their true self while still maintaining respect, love, and positive change.
I meet you and your family where you are and guide you to where you want to go. Whenever possible I love to bring laughter to the session and remind others of their strengths and talents. We are all unique, different, and filled with light. The goal is to find it and run with it. And I hope to run right next to you and your family as we overcome your biggest challenge.
